This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you, the user of the Platform (referred to as “you”, “your”, or “User”), and Shopwish, the legal business entity operating www.stickers.guru (referred to as “we”, “our”, “stickers.guru”, or “Shopwish”).

By placing an order with us or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not use our Platform.


1. PRODUCT CONDITION & RETURN WINDOW

1.1 Product Condition
All products eligible for return or exchange must be in new and unused condition. The product must not have been altered, damaged, or washed.

1.2 Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to report any defects, discrepancies, or issues. Any claims made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Our services and products are available exclusively for customers located in India.


3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

3.1 Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the product is returned in new, unused condition within the applicable 7-day window.

3.2 Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect products within the 7-day return window, subject to the availability of the replacement item.


4. METHOD AND FEES

4.1 Return Method
Returns must be made via mail using the return label provided in your package.

A return label will be included in the package free of charge for your convenience.

4.3 Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

5. REFUND PROCESS

5.1 Refund Method
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the product. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT to the bank account details provided by you.

5.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank account depends on the processing times of your financial institution.

5.3 Refund for Electronic Payments
For payments made through electronic means (e.g., debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet, etc.), refunds will be made via the same payment method or through an alternative electronic funds transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

5.4 Non-receipt of Refund
In the event that you do not receive your refund within the expected time, you must provide us with the necessary documents to initiate an investigation. Upon request, we will provide the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or Unique Transaction Reference Number (UTR) to facilitate the tracking of your refund.


6. ORDER CANCELLATION

6.1 Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, provided that the printing process has not begun.

6.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via the helpline number or email provided below within 4 hours of placing your order.

6.3 Refund Process for Cancellations
Once the cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank’s processing times.


7. RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS

7.1 Timeframe to Notify Us
If there is a defect, discrepancy, or issue with your product, please notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt.

7.2 Available Options
If a product is defective, damaged during delivery, or does not meet your specifications, you have the following options:

  • Option 1: Full Refund: You may return the product and receive a full refund.
  • Option 2: Exchange: You may return the product for a replacement, which will be sent to you based on your original order details.

Replacement products will be delivered within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

No cancellations will be accepted after the printing process has started.

8.2 Incorrect Design
We cannot accept cancellations or return/exchange requests due to incorrect designs uploaded by the customer. We recommend double-checking your design before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be indicated at the top of the page.

9.2 Binding Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy. In case of any discrepancies or disputes, the decision of Shopwish shall be final and binding.

9.3 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
